TERMS OF USE

Effective date: 12 September 2026. The previous version was in force from 24 August 2026.

1. General

These Terms govern the relationship between FinVerse LLC (registration number UNP 192855507) (the 'Operator') and the user (the 'User') when using the 'MyFinance' App. By registering and using the App, the User accepts these Terms.

2. Service description

The App provides tools for tracking personal incomes and expenses, building statistics and planning purchases. Some features may be offered on a paid subscription basis.

3. Account

The User must provide accurate information when registering.

The User is responsible for keeping the password safe and for actions taken under the account.

4. Paid subscriptions

Where paid features exist, their terms, price and payment procedure are disclosed to the User before purchase. Payments are processed through app stores or connected payment services.

5. Financial disclaimer

The App is informational and supportive in nature and is NOT financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Any suggestions, including those generated automatically or by artificial-intelligence algorithms, do not constitute individual investment advice. The User makes any decision to buy, sell or invest independently and at their own risk.

6. Limitation of liability

The App is provided 'as is'. To the extent permitted by the law of the Republic of Belarus, the Operator is not liable for lost profit, indirect damages or decisions the User makes based on App data.

7. Intellectual property

Exclusive rights to the App and its content belong to the Operator. Use is permitted only within these Terms.

8. Termination

The Operator may restrict or terminate access in case of a breach of these Terms. The User may stop using the App and delete the account at any time. The account can be deleted in the app on the Settings page or on the website in the web account area at https://myfinanceapp.by/account/, which also allows deleting only the financial data while keeping the account.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Belarus. Disputes are resolved as provided by the law of the Republic of Belarus.

10. Changes

The Operator may amend these Terms. The current version is available in the App and at https://myfinanceapp.by.
